Warranty-Exchange Programs

Canon Virginia, Inc. offers a wide variety of Warranty-Exchange Programs designed to help offer your customers the best level of customer service. We can design a program to meet your market needs, or you can leverage one of our existing programs:

• Advanced Exchange Programs
  • A returned product is received and, within just a day, a replacement item is shipped directly
  • An exchanged product can be shipped with a return-to-sender label for the defective item
• End User/Depot Repair Programs
  • We offer a solution for units that come in for repair and are sent back to the same customer. During this process, we will receive the unit, sort and test, perform the repair, final test, and pack out the unit back to the customer.
• Field Replacement Units (FRU)
  • Whether components need regularly scheduled replacement or have failed in the field, we offer a program for your electrical and mechanical component replacement needs. Depending on your preference, we can provide refurbished or new replacement units to ensure your product’s continued usefulness.
