Refurbishment Programs
With our extensive refurbishing and remanufacturing capabilities and experience, our skilled technicians can receive defective or out-of-specification product and return it to “like-new” condition.

Product Upgrade Programs
Canon Virginia can accept individual or bulk units, bring them up to the latest engineering requirements or firmware, and send them back to the proper channel.

Product Repair Programs
As part of our Warranty Exchange offerings, we offer a depot repair program for units that come in for repair and are sent back to the same customer. We receive the product, sort and test, perform the repair, final test, and pack out the unit back to the customer.
